I am sorry I have not returned your call. I did get your message. I understand your concern about the rates on the group.
After some research I discovered that after we discussed your rate and blocked the rooms our rates dropped considerably because of the dip in occupancy projections and the economy. I am going to honor the $67.96 rate for all dates of stay of the all guests of the group. I am working on getting them all changed over right now, but wanted to let you know right away.
I am truly sorry for the oversight. I am happy to do this for the group and look forward to seeing you soon.
